Joseph Gordon-Levitt is set to join Natasha Lyonne in the Rian Johnson-created mystery-drama series “Poker Face” at Peacock.
The ten-episode procedural has Lyonne’s character working to solve different murders in each episode. Details of Gordon-Levitt’s involvement, including how many episodes he appears in, are under wraps.
He marks the first confirmed cast member for the show outside Lyonne. It also serves as a reunion of the actor with Johnson after leading “Brick” and “Looper” for him along with having voice cameos in Johnson’s “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” and “Knives Out”.
Gordon-Levitt will soon be seen in the first season of the Showtime anthology series “Super Pumped” playing former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick.
