Ted Lasso
Apple TV+ has confirmed that production has officially begun on a third season of its acclaimed comedy series “Ted Lasso” which stars Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Nick Mohammed and Brett Goldstein. Sudeikis has mentioned in interviews the show was envisioned to only run three seasons but there’s no indication at present that this will be Ted’s final run. [Source: Twitter]

Murder and Mayhem
Hulu has handed out a ten-episode series order for the Mandy Patinkin-led drama “Career Opportunities in Murder and Mayhem” which has “Stumptown” duo Mike Weiss and Heidi Cole McAdams as co-showrunners.

Patinkin plays Rufus Cotesworth, the World’s Once Greatest Detective who, along with his protege, must solve a murder on a Mediterranean ocean liner filled with the wealthy and powerful. Violett Beane, Lauren Patten, Hugo Diego Garcia, Angela Zhou, and the beloved Rahul Kohli co-star. [Source: THR]

The Resort
Nick Offerman will join William Jackson Harper, Cristin Milioti and Skyler Gisondo in the comedic thriller series “The Resort” at Peacock. The project hails from “Palm Springs” writer Andy Siara, “Mr. Robot” creator Sam Esmail and UCP.

An anniversary trip puts a marriage to the test when a couple (Harper and Milioti) find themselves embroiled in one of the Mayan Riviera’s most bizarre unsolved mysteries that took place 15 years prior. The series is currently in production in Puerto Rico. [Source: Deadline]

Tehran
Apple TV+ has released the trailer for the second season of their Israeli espionage thriller series “Tehran”. Niv Sultan plays a Mossad agent charged with disabling a nuclear facility in Iran. After that mission was compromised, she’s now in hiding and performing different work for the Mossad. Glenn Close joins the cast of the new season which premieres May 6th.

Mayans MC
FX has premiered a new teaser trailer for the fourth season of its “Sons of Anarchy” spin-off “Mayans MC”. Elgin James returns as sole showrunner on the drama which debuts its new ten-episode run from April 19th.
