The two DC Fandome events had trailers for Matt Reeves’ “The Batman” that focused very much on the film’s tone and atmosphere.
That changes today as Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new full trailer for the movie, one that reveals more about the storyline for the film along with putting a revealing focus on both Zoe Kravitz’s Catwoman and Paul Dano’s The Riddler.
The result is a ton of new footage along with connective tissue highlighting how everything we’ve seen so far fits together.
The film also stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Colin Farrell as The Penguin, Jeffrey Wright as James Gordon, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, and Peter Sarsgaard as D.A. Gil Colson.
“The Batman” opens in cinemas on March 4th with WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar confirming to Vox Recode that “The Batman is going to show up on day 46 on HBO Max,” confirming Warners is sticking to a 45-day exclusive theatrical run for all its major releases.
