Showtime has premiered the trailer for the feature film follow-up to its drama series “Ray Donovan” starring Liev Schreiber.
The feature picks up where the show’s seventh season ended two years ago with Mickey (Jon Voight) on the run and Ray (Schreiber) out to stop his carnage. Eddie Marsan, Dash Mihok, Pooch Hall, Kerris Dorsey, Katherine Moennig and Kerry Condon star.
The film will blend that with flashback scenes from thirty years prior showing the pair’s origin story. Schreiber co-wrote the script with series showrunner David Hollander who directs.
The “Ray Donovan” movie airs on Friday January 14th.
