The Foo Fighters have announced they are set to star in the horror-comedy feature “Studio 666” which frontman Dave Grohl came up with the story for.
The story follows happens when the musicians find themselves recording their new album in an Encino mansion plagued by supernatural forces. Jeff Garlin, Will Forte and Whitney Cummings will appear alongside all six Foo Fighters members.
Jeff Buhler and Rebecca Hughes penned the script BJ McDonnell (“Hatchet III”) will direct the project which Open Road Films has acquired ahead of a wide theatrical release on February 25th 2022.
