“Stranger Things,” “IT” and “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” actor Finn Wolfhard has revealed not only is he keen to direct films, but he has also already begun working on his first feature-length effort.

The NME recently talked with the 18-year-old actor who says written and directed a short film called “Night Shifts,” and is currently working on a feature which is a “horror-comedy-slasher movie that takes place at a camp”.

Wolfhard wouldn’t go into any further details but says: “I’m at the point where I’m very lucky to be doing things that I really like. I’m proud of that and I hope people keep hiring me, but I’m having fun for sure.”

“Ghostbusters: Afterlife” will release in theatres later this month while a fourth season of “Stranger Things” will hit Netflix in 2022.
