Around a year since “The Book of Boba Fett” was first announced, Disney+ finally showed us what to expect yesterday with the first trailer for the limited series arriving.
We already knew Temeura Morrison would be reprising his role of the eponymous bounty hunter and would be joined by Ming-na Wen’s Fennec Shand. Aside from that, casting on the series was been under wraps with little known about any other characters.
Well, some viewers have noticed and now it has subsequently been confirmed that “Flashdance” and “The L Word” star Jennifer Beals is also in the cast, the actress playing one of the Twi’lek women who show up halfway through the clip.
Plenty of other characters are people in heavy prosthetics and creatures which suggests room for surprise voice casting and cameos. The series, which sees Boba and Fennec taking over Jabba the Hutt’s criminal empire, will premiere on Disney+ on December 29th.
