Apple has cancelled its Joseph Gordon-Levitt led dramedy series “Mr. Corman” after a single season.
The story follows a fifth-grade teacher who is riddled with anxiety following a breakup and the realization that he likely won’t reach his dream of music stardom.
Along with playing the title role, Gordon-Levitt wrote most of it and directed eight of the show’s ten episodes. The A24-produced series aired its final episode on Friday.
This marks only the second one-and-done show at Apple, the other being “Little Voice”.
