Wes Anderson will reportedly shoot his next film in Spain starting in September with Tilda Swinton herself confirming to Variety she will be starring in the project.

Specific details of the project are under wraps and while it is shooting in Spain, Swinton confirms it’s not about that country in the way something like Anderson’s upcoming “The French Dispatch” is about France.

Desert landscape sets have reportedly been going up in a small town southeast of Madrid, but the film is not believed to be a western.

Anderson himself tells the trade he’s “not ready to share any details” on the new film. The project was originally planning to film in Rome but moved to Spain earlier this year.

The project will be the fifth time Anderson and Swinton have worked together following “The Grand Budapest Hotel,” “Moonrise Kingdom,” “Isle of Dogs” and the aforementioned “French Dispatch” which will play in competition at the Cannes Film Festival next week.
