Sandman
After so many years in development, the live-action adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s seminal comic book series “The Sandman” finally started filming late last week. Gaiman himself confirmed on social media and teased that more casting announcements were imminent. [Source: Twitter]

Blood
Skeet Ulrich is set to co-star opposite Michelle Monaghan in Brad Anderson’s new psychological thriller “Blood” for Rhea Films. Will Honley penned the script, which follows Jess (Monaghan), a separated mother and nurse who moves with her daughter and young son Owen back into her old family farmhouse.

Shortly after settling in, Owen is bitten by the family dog, resulting in a mysterious infection from the bite. When Jess discovers a disturbing cure, she is tested on the extent she’ll go to keep her child alive. Paris Kassidokostas Latsis and Terry Dougas are producing. [Source: Deadline]

The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two
Netflix has released the trailer for Chris Columbus’ holiday comedy sequel “The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two” featuring Santa Claus along with Mrs. Claus (Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn), Kate (Darby Camp) and Teddy (Judah Lewis) as they try to reclaim the Christmas Star from the hands of a naughty kid (Julian Dennison). The film will be available for streaming on Wednesday, November 25th.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League
The now infamous DC Fandome trailer for “Zack Snyder’s Justice League,” the so-called SnyderCut version of the 2017 film that is being reworked for HBO Max next year, has been given a 16-bit game makeover by John Stratman’s YouTube channel.
