Epix has premiered the teaser for the upcoming second season of Epix’s Batman prequel series “Pennyworth” as Alfred, Thomas Wayne and Martha Kane plan a move to America. The series is scheduled to make its return on Sunday, December 13th.
There’s also seven new cast members this season. Simon Manyonda (“His Dark Materials”) joins as Lucius Fox, here a young American scientist who is precise to the point of pedantry and direct to a fault as he suffers no fools.
Jessica de Gouw joins as Melanie Troy, a military orphan turned woman of the world and married to a dominating older man who is also Alfred’s former SAS Captain. James Purefoy, Edward Hogg, Jessye Romeo, Ramon Tikaram and Harriet Slater also star.
