Production on the second season of Netflix’s “The Witcher” appears to have begun earlier than expected in the United Kingdom.
Showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich and director Stephen Surjik have revealed a new behind-the-scenes photo from the set of popular fantasy series starring Henry Cavill and based on the book saga which previously became the celebrated video game series.
Surjik says in his post: “Everyone is being cautious but spirits are high.” Several actors join the cast including “Game of Thrones” star Kristofer Hivju who previously tested positive for the COVID-19 virus but has been symptom free for months.
The first season remains of Netflix’s biggest success stories ratings wise.
