A new poster and trailer have been released for the ‘Black & White Edition’ of Bong Joon Ho’s Oscar-winning best film “Parasite”. The material is for a UK theatrical re-release.
The brief trailer offers a good glimpse of what the black and white version will look like, and follows in the footsteps of the likes of “The Mist,” “Mad Max: Fury Road” and “Logan” who have offered official black and white versions as a release – one offering a fresh perspective.
The poster meanwhile is fascinating, an exact reverse of the main poster used by the film – this one shifting the perspective of the shot to the inside of the house.
Made for just $11 million, “Parasite” grossed $257 million at the global box office.
