Netflix has renewed its twisty dramedy series “Dead to Me,” starring Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini, for a third and final season.
At the same time they are expanding their partnership with creator Liz Feldman (“2 Broke Girls”), signing her to an overall deal where she will create original series and other projects for the streamer.
The show follows two women as the husband of one is killed in a hit-and-run accident and throws a series of twists into their tight-knit friendship. The series ranked fourth on its 2019 list of most popular series of 2019 in the U.S. and it recently launched its second season in May.
