Following the first artwork reveal yesterday, French publisher Ubisoft has revealed the first official trailer for the next chapter in the “Assassin’s Creed” game franchise – “Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla”.
Set in the ninth century in a period of turmoil for the Vikings. You play as Elvor, a raider who leads their clan away from their war-torn Norwegian homeland to England.
Elvor can be played as male or female, and Ubisoft says combat will take cues from Viking fighting styles, with a reworked combat system that includes dual-wielding and more enemy variety.
The game is coming Holiday 2020 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, PC and Stadia with pre-orders now available for four separate editions – Standard, Gold (Standard + Season Pass), Ultimate (Gold + Packs & Gear Upgrades), and Collector’s (Ultimate + collector’s case, Elvor replica, lithographs, soundtrack, etc.).
