The first set photos, albeit blurry ones, have emerged of Jake Gyllenhaal as the vllain Mysterio in the upcoming “Spider-Man: Far From Home”.
The sequel to last year’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming” is currently filming in Liberec in the Czech Republic and the photos tease a mostly comics accurate costume complete with purple cape but minus the character’s signature fishbowl helmet.
Also included below are other recent set photos that include a tease of a new ‘stealth suit’ that Spider-Man will don in the film.
The new film sees Tom Holland‘s Peter Parker and his friends head to Europe for summer vacation, and trouble follows. Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Cobie Smulders, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Michael Keaton and Samuel L. Jackson also star.
“Spider-Man: Far From Home” opens July 5th 2019.
