Disney’s live-action “Dumbo” is reportedly on track for a nearly $60 million opening in North America on the March 29th-31st weekend.
Tim Burton helms the film loosely inspired by the 1941 animated feature. The new take stars Danny DeVito as the owner of a struggling circus.
He enlists former star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) and his children Milly (Nico Parker) and Joe (Finley Hobbins) to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughing stock.
Eva Green stars as trapeze artist Colette Marchant and Michael Keaton portrays tycoon V. A. Vandevere. Disney has also today released a final trailer for the film which you can see below:
