Former “The Breakfast Club” and “The Dead Zone: The Series” star Anthony Michael Hall will join Jamie Lee Curtis in “Halloween Kills,” the first of two follow-ups to last year’s “Halloween” revival at Blumhouse and Universal Pictures.
Hall will portray Tommy Doyle, a character who first appeared as a child in the original “Halloween” movie, one of the kids Laurie Strode (Curtis) babysat the night Michael Myers reigned terror on the small town.
A young Paul Rudd played the role of an adult Doyle in 1995’s “Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers,” though that film’s events are not a part of the new continuity of the series.
“Halloween Kills” is scheduled to debut on October 16th 2020 and will begin production shortly. Jamie Lee Curtis returns in the new entry which will again be directed by David Gordon Green.
