Xbox Bringing Four Old Titles To PC

Rare

Microsoft will reportedly expand its Xbox backward compatibility efforts today by bringing some original Xbox games to PC

Four classic original Xbox games will come to the platform – “Blinx: The Time Sweeper,” “Conker: Live and Reloaded,” “Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge,” and “Fuzion Frenzy”.

Microsoft has also added features to these games to make it easier to customize graphics settings including V-Sync, 4x resolution upscaling, anisotropic filtering, enhanced anti-aliasing, fullscreen and windowed modes, and more.

Achievements are also coming while all four titles will also include customizable language and audio settings.

Minimum GPU requirements are very low – either an Nvidia GTX 950 or AMD Radeon RX 550 – though a GTX 1070 Ti or equivalent is recommended. You will need Windows 11.

The games, which will also be included with all Xbox Game Pass plans, are said to be the “beginning of a broader effort to preserve Xbox games from the past and bring them to PC over time” according to a spokesperson.
