What We Do In The Shadows
FX has renewed its vampire comedy series “What We Do in the Shadows” for a second season. The first season has four episodes remaining with the finale to air on May 29th.
The second season will debut in 2020 but an episode count is not yet available. The show ranks in the Top 5 among 34 cable comedy series in both key demo and total viewers, averaging an audience of 2.81 million viewers per episode so far. [Source: TV Line]
Following that trippy poster earlier today, FX has now unveiled the first trailer for the third and final season of “Legion” from creator/showrunner Noah Hawley.
Everything from an Alice in Wonderland riff to robots, time travel, the X-Men’s Cerebro, floating characters and more can be seen in the clip for the series which returns June 24th. There’s also first glimpses at series newcomers Lauren Tsai as Switch and Game of Thrones alum Harry Lloyd as Professor Charles Xavier.
With Netflix unleashing the fourth season of “Lucifer” on the service tomorrow, the cast of the supernatural series gathered together for a 24-minute reunion special which has now gone online. The series was successfully saved by the streamer following its abrupt cancellation by FOX and a subsequent social media outcry.
Marvel has released the first bit of promotional material – a poster – for the third and final season of Netflix’s “Jessica Jones”. Whilst the one-sheet and caption doesn’t offer a date, it’s expected a trailer will be released relatively soon ahead of a mid-year premiere.
"Everything changes, and nothing really changes. People die, new people are born, and we exist in between." The final season of Marvel's @JessicaJones is coming soon to Netflix. pic.twitter.com/HswnJuCdva
