Amazon Prime Video has released a trailer for the new Stanley Tucci-led heist thriller original feature “Masterplan” ahead of its premiere on the service on October 16th.
When a legendary thief sets his sights on the Mona Lisa, he recruits two young strangers to help him.
One is Chiara (The White Lotus’ Simona Tabasco), a sharp Italian cybercrime expert. The other is Jay (Bastion 36’s Victor Belmondo), a swaggering French explosives specialist.
Then the thief makes a startling reveal to the recruits: the pair are long-lost siblings… and oh yes, by the way, he is their father.
Thrown into a chaotic reunion they never asked for, this new family must learn to work together – and try not to kill each other – if they want any chance at pulling off the heist of the century.
Gaumont and Amazon MGM Studios are behind the film which is directed by Thomas Vincent (“Reacher,” “Bodyguard”) from a script by BAFTA-winning screenwriter David Wolstencroft (“Spooks,” “The Escape Artist”).
