NEON has released the first trailer for “Ad Astra” and “The Lost City of Z” filmmaker James Gray’s new family crime drama “Paper Tiger” starring Adam Driver, Miles Teller, and Scarlett Johansson.
The story follows two brothers pursuing the American Dream in late-1980s New York – only to become entangled in a scheme that turns out to be too good to be true.
As they try to navigate their way through an ever-more dangerous world of corruption and violence, they find themselves and their family brutally terrorised by the Russian mob.
Their bond begins to fray, and betrayal – once utterly unthinkable – now becomes all too possible. Gavin Goudey and Roman Engel co-star.
The film was written, directed, and produced by Gray with Raffaella Leone and Rodrigo Teixeira also producing. The project premiered at Cannes back in May to very good reviews.
NEON will release the 114-minute film exclusively in theaters on November 13th.
