Script News: “Undertakers,” “Wife,” “Perfect”

Jeffrey Reddick has completed a screenplay for a feature adaptation of Ty Drago’s zombie young adult novel series “Undertakers” for Moderncine Films.

Forced to flee his home and family after the undead emerge, the story follows twelve-year-old Will Ritter who falls in with the Undertakers – a rag-tag army of teenage resistance fighters who’ve banded together. [Source: Deadline]

Jonathan Keasey and Brant Boivin have come onboard to pen the comedy “My Wife Hates Your Wife” for Sony Pictures and Overbrook Entertainment. Dany Boon is attached to direct, while Will Smith will produce.

Universal Pictures is in talks to acquire the Lauryn Kahn comedy script “He’s F#ckin’ Perfect”. Jake Szymanski remains attached to direct, while Adam McKay and Will Ferrell will produce.
