Ben Foster (“Hell or High Water”) and Elle Fanning (“The Neon Demon”) are set to star in “Galveston” for Low Spark Films and Embankment Films.

One is a debt-collector who flees to the titular Texas town to lie low after surviving an assassination attempt from his loan-sharking boss.
French actress-turned-director Melanie Laurent makes her English-language directorial debut on the film which Tyler Davidson will produce. Filming kicks off on January 10th.
