CBS Films has acquired “Taken” co-scribe Robert Mark Kamen’s action pitch “Vengeance” says Variety.
Kamen calls the project a “contemporary revenge love story” about 20-something Italians that deals with family loyalty and how much someone owes their family and the past. Erwin Stoff will produce.
Kamen adds that he and Besson have scripted a sequel to “Taken” that will get made based on star Liam Neeson’s availability next year.
