Tyler Hoechlin (“7th Heaven”) and Agnes Bruckner (“24,” “Private Practice”) have signed on for the indie film noir “Open Gate” for A Certain Film Prods. and Dahlia Street Films says The Hollywood Reporter.
Hoechlin plays a rodeo clown and bull fighter in a small East Texas town, who discovers that the bulls are being used to smuggle drugs.
Dan Jackson directs and Molly Mayeux will produce. Shooting has begun in Atlanta, Texas.
