Cameron Diaz’s just plain out there character in Ridley Scott’s “The Counselor” was a highlight, but it turns out initially it was even more bizarre.
While Diaz sports a fairly subtle accent in the final film, when the scenes were shot she originally did it in a full-on Rihanna-style Barbados accent.
According to THR, Fox executives hated the voice, forcing her to dub all her work. Diaz, understandably, was not pleased.
