Joshua Jackson has joined the cast of Showtime’s drama pilot “The Affair” about two marriages and the affair that disrupts them.
Jackson plays Cole, a hard-edged cowboy and ranch manager on the eastern tip of Long Island.
Cole is married to Allison (Ruth Wilson) a young woman trying to recover from a tragedy who begins an affair with Noah (Dominic West), a New Yorker who is spending the summer with his wife (Maura Tierney) and family out on the island.
Sarah Treem and Hagai Levi (“In Treatment”) will produce.
