The “Strike Back” actor’s General Themistokles character is the focus of the new one-sheet for Warners’ “300: Rise of an Empire” opening in March.
In the new film, the battle for Greece takes to the high seas with the focus shifting to a trio of characters played by Stapleton, Eva Green and Rodrigo Santoro.
The follow-up to Zack Snyder’s highly-stylised take on the Frank Miller comic is being directed by Noam Murro.
