Trailer: “Teenage Sex & Death At Camp Miasma”

The trailer has been released for “I Saw the TV Glow” filmmaker Jane Schoenbrun’s new horror film “Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma”, starring Gillian Anderson and “Hacks” actress Hannah Einbinder.

Also starring are Amanda Fix, Arthur Conti, Eva Victor, Zach Cherry, Sarah Sherman, Patrick Fischler, Dylan Baker, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Quintessa Swindell, Kevin McDonald, and Jack Haven as ‘Little Death’.

After years of slapdash sequels and waning fandom, the Camp Miasma slasher franchise is handed over to an enthusiastic young director for resurrection.

But when she visits the original movie’s star, a now-reclusive actress shrouded in mystery, the two women fall into a blood-soaked world of desire, fear, and delirium.

The project has been described as one that is a mix of Céline Sciamma’s period lesbian romance drama “Portrait of a Lady on Fire” with the setting of a “Friday the 13th” sequel and aims to be a “sleepover classic”.

“Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma will release in cinemas on August 7th.
