Tom Holland is back on set filming scenes for “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” at Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures.
Shooting is currently underway in Basingstoke in the UK with Holland and actor Michael Mando, who plays villain Scorpion, both photographed filming scenes – Holland in his Spider-Man costume, Mando in an all white outfit with handcuffs.
Speaking of Spider-Man, actor Andrew Garfield has made it clear in an interview with GQ that he’s not involved in the upcoming “Avengers: Doomsday” film. Asked by a fan about such a possibility, he says: “No, unequivocally f—ing no.”
Of course, Garfield spent all of 2021 denying he’d be back in “Spider-Man: No Way Home” and ended up being in that film so his statement is already being questioned by fans.
Talking with MTV though, he was quite sincere in saying one other corner of this universe he’d love to be a part of: “I really love the Spider-Verse movies. I love [writer-producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller]. Just putting that out there.”
“Spider-Man: Brand New Day” arrives in cinemas on July 31st 2026.
