First “Running Man” Trailer Arrives Tomorrow

Paramount Pictures

Paramount Pictures has unveiled a first look at Glen Powell in Edgar Wright’s inew adaptation of Stephen King’s short story “The Running Man”.

The glimpse is from a brief clip unveiled today that announces that the first trailer for the remake goes online tomorrow.

The new take is said to be more akin to that original work than the 1987 Arnold Schwarzenegger-led film which skewed more sci-fi.

Powell will play Ben Richards, a man forced to take part in a game show where he’s hunted by professional killers.

Colman Domingo and Josh Brolin co-star in the film which wrapped filming earlier this year and has reportedly landed the full blessing of the “Terminator” star.

Powell himself had dubbed it the “hardest thing I’ve done in my life”. “The Running Man” hits cinemas on November 7th.
