The Pitt
Production is officially underway on the second season of Max’s Noah Wyle-led medical drama “The Pitt” which was renewed just halfway through airing its first season earlier this year.

The first photo has been released from the set with Wyle and recurring guest star Ken Kirby (Dr. John Shen) glimpsed in a shot. The new season will be set on a July 4th weekend and will premiere in January. [Source: Instagram]

Tommy & Tuppence
BritBox is planning a new six-part contemporary drama series that will adapt Agatha Christie’s married sleuths Tommy & Tuppence. Phoebe Eclair-Powell serves as showrunner. James Warwick and Francesca Annis played the roles in the original 1983 series while David Walliams and Jessica Raine played them in the 2015 version. [Source: Instagram]

King of the Hill
Hulu has premiered the first teaser trailer for the revival of the animated series “King of the Hill” which returns on August 4th.

The series is set after Hank and Peggy Hill spent years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia and return to a changed Arlen, Texas to reconnect with old friends Dale, Boomhauer and Bill. Bobby is living his dream as a chef in Dallas and enjoying his 20s with his former classmates Connie, Joseph and Chane.

Digman!
Comedy Central has announced a July 9th premiere for the second season of animted series “Digman!” from Lonely Island’s Andy Samberg and Neil Campbell. In addition, the first trailer for the new run has been released.

“Digman!” is set in a world where archaeologists are massive celebrities and the coolest people on the planet, with Samberg providing the voice of the protagonist, Rip Digman. Co-starring are Mitra Jouhari as Saltine, Tim Robinson as Swooper, Dale Soules as Agatha, Guz Khan as Zane, Melissa Fumero as Bella, and Tim Meadows as Quail Eegan.
