Full Trailer: Apple’s “Silo” Series

Apple TV+

Apple TV+ has released the full-length trailer for “Silo,” a post-apocalyptic series based on the first book of the ten-book “Silo” series by Hugh Howey.

The story follows the last ten thousand people on Earth and their mile-deep home protecting them from the toxic and deadly world outside. No one knows when or why the silo was built and any who try to find out face fatal consequences.

Rebecca Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer who seeks answers about a loved one’s murder and tumbles into a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined – leading her to discover that if the lies don’t kill you, the truth will.

The cast includes Common, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, David Oyelowo, Rashida Jones, and Tim Robbins with the project hailing from creator and showrunner Graham Yost who is best known for serving in those capacities on FX’s “Justified”.

The first three episodes of “Silo” are directed by “The Imitation Game” helmer Morten Tyldum and the series is set to debut on the Apple TV+ service on May 5th with the first two episodes debuting that day.

The remaining eight episodes will be released weekly.
