The CW has finally set a premiere date for the third season of “Superman & Lois” with the Tyler Hoechlin and Bitsie Tulloch-led series returning on March 14th.
Australian actor Michael Bishop will step into the role of Jonathan Kent following the sudden exit of Jordan Elsass.
The third season opens weeks after Superman’s blowout defeat of Ally Allston and sees the Man of Steel facing off against Intergang head Bruno Manheim (Chad L. Coleman).
In addition, the premiere will be followed by the series premiere of “Gotham Knights”.
Separately it also been reported via That Hashtag Show that the network will be casting a new Lex Luthor for the show with actor Jon Cryer reportedly indicating he will not be returning.
