Thanks to some photos of various wrap gifts given out to the cast and crew on the film, it appears the title of the sequel to 2021’s “Godzilla vs. Kong” has been revealed.
Several tweets offering snaps of production gifts, including hats, t-shirts, and more, indicate the film’s title is “Godzilla & Kong”. This has quickly led to the assumption this is the new official name of the film.
The new film is expected to see the titular frenemies teaming up to go up against a colossal, undiscovered monstrous threat hidden within our world. Whilst at the same time, it will go deeper into their respective origins, the mysteries of Skull Island and beyond.
It all ties to mythic battle in the past that helped forge these extraordinary beings and tied them to humankind forever. Dan Stevens leads the cast of the Adam Wingard-directed film, which is slated to arrive in cinemas on March 15th 2024.
