Brad Pitt’s Plan B Exploring Potential Sale

Brad Pitt’s famed production company Plan B Entertainment is exploring a potential sale.

The Wall Street Journal has announced the company hired global independent investment bank Moelis & Co. six months ago to explore deals with potential investors, including an outright sale.

The company was launched in late 2001 with its first film being 2004’s “Troy” and has been behind many notable films of the past twenty years including “The Departed,” “The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford,” “Kick-Ass,” “Moneyball,” “World War Z,” “12 Years a Slave,” “Selma,” “The Big Short,” “Moonlight,” “The Lost City of Z,” “Vice,” “Ad Astra,” “Minari” and most recently “Blonde”.

Plan B has reportedly received numerous offers, but it remains only exploratory for now.
