NBC has ordered six additional episodes of its “Quantum Leap” reboot.
The new order ups the show’s original twelve-episode order, extending it to eighteen episodes in total for the first season.
Since its debut on September 19th, the series has become the Fall TV season’s No. 1 new show in the 18-49 demo and the top current NBC season series on Peacock.
Raymond Lee, Ernie Hudson, Caitlin Bassett, Mason Alexander Park and Nanrisa Lee star in the follow-up to the original 1989-93 series which airs its fourth episode tonight.
