Shia LaBeouf, Kathryn Hunter, Talia Shire, Jason Schwartzman, Grace Vanderwaal and James Remar have all joined the cast of Francis Ford Coppola’s upcoming epic “Megalopolis”.
The six names join Adam Driver, Forest Whitaker, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jon Voight, Laurence Fishburne, and Aubrey Plaza in Coppola’s passion project.
Expected to cost between $100-120 million, the film is a Roman epic set in modern America and based on the Catiline Conspiracy. The story deals with the aftermath and reconstruction of New York City after a mega-disaster and follows an ensemble of characters.
Filming will begin in November in Fayetteville, Georgia.
