PSVR2
Sony has confirmed that the PlayStation VR2 system has locked down an early 2023 release window. PlayStation posted the date update on its Instagram page, with its UK account following suit after.
No price or further date specifics have been released thus far. Various titles are expected to be available for the system on or around its launch, such as the “Resident Evil 4” remake releasing March 24th, which will reportedly have some content for PS VR2. [Source: Instagram]
Welcome to Chippendales
Hulu has officially revealed a November 22nd launch date for the true crime epic limited series “Welcome to Chippendales” starring Kumail Nanjiani as Somen ‘Steve’ Banerjee – the creator of the exotic male stripper company.
Murray Bartlett, Juliette Lewis, Annaleigh Ashford, Quentin Plair, Robin de Jesus, Andrew Rannells, Nicola Peltz Beckham and Dan Stevens co-star. New episodes will release weekly. [Source: Twitter]
Fate: The Winx Saga
Netflix has premiered the trailer for the second season of its live-action teen drama “Fate: The Winx Saga” based on the Nickelodeon animated series “Winx Club”. The series returns to the streamer on September 16th.
The original cast will be returning to reprise their roles as the titular lead fairies, whilst Paulina Chavez is joining as the Earth fairy Flora, Eanna Hardwick as the morally questionable Sebastian, and Brandon Grace as the new character Grey.
Spider-Man: No Way Home
Sony Pictures has released a brief TV spot teasing the upcoming re-release of “Spider-Man: No Way Home” into cinemas with a slightly longer extended cut with new footage. Tickets are available now ahead of the launch back in cinemas on September 2nd.
