Production is well underway on Marvel Studios’ “Ironheart” series in Atlanta, and set photos have started appearing online.
Just Jared has posted some new ones today and the shots reveal the role that “In the Heights” star Anthony Ramos is set to play in the show – that of the villain Parker Robbins (aka. The Hood).
In the comics, The Hood is a rising criminal underworld figure with a direct connection to the world of “Doctor Strange” as his cloak and boots originate from interdimensional villain Dormammu.
The photos also show a first look at the new Iron Man-esque armor suit of leading character Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne). Said character will make her first appearance in this Fall’s “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”.
The series will also star Alden Ehrenreich, who is rumored to be playing Zeke Stane, son of the first “Iron Man” film’s villain Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges). Click the link below to check out looks at the costumes on the set.
The six-episode “Ironheart” series is expected to debut on Disney+ in late 2023.
