Flashs Miller Charged With Felony Burglary
Warner Bros. Pictures

“The Flash” film star Ezra Miller’s legal woes continue as the actor has been charged with felony burglary for allegedly stealing bottles of alcohol from an unoccupied dwelling in Stamford, Vermont back in May, according to a Vermont State Police Report (via THR).

Following an investigation that included taking statements and reviewing surveillance videos, police found probable cause to charge Miller. The actor was “ultimately located” late Sunday night and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court for an arraignment hearing on September 26th.

The latest charge comes in the wake of numerous reports and allegations regarding the actor’s behavior of late. Miller was arrested in April in Hawaii and booked on suspicion of second-degree assault, and in March was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment also in Hawaii.

Despite all the attention surrounding Miller’s alleged behaviour, Warner Bros. Discovery chief David Zaslav said last week that the studio is committed to theatrical releases for their various tentpole DC films, with “The Flash” cited by name during last week’s investor’s call.

“The Flash” remains set for release on June 23rd 2023. Miller was most recently seen in “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” earlier this year.
