Former “Arrow” alum Josh Segarra along with Jack Champion (“Avatar: The Way of Water”), Liana Liberato (“Totally Killer”) and Devyn Nekoda (“Sneakerella”) have joined the newest “Scream” installment at Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media.
Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding and Jenna Ortega are reprising their roles from the fifth film which opened earlier this year. Also onboard is series regular Courteney Cox, returning “Scream 4” alum Hayden Panettiere, and new to the series Dermot Mulroney.
Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, who helmed the previous installment, are returning to direct as are scribes James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. Shooting will kick off this summer ahead of a March 31st 2023 release.
