New set photos have confirmed Casey Affleck has joined the cast of filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s WWII biopic film “Oppenheimer” about the group of scientists on the Manhattan Project. Filming has been underway since February ahead of a July 2023 release.

In business news, the world’s richest man Elon Musk has agreed to acquire Twitter in a deal valued at approximately $44 billion. The deal values each share of Twitter common at $54.20, representing a 38% premium on its closing stock price on April 1st.
Once the deal is complete, Twitter will become a privately held company. Musk said he hoped even his harshest critics continued using the platform following the acquisition “because that is what free speech means”. [Source: Forbes]
