Nathan Lane, Megan Mullally, Bowen Yang and Megan Thee Stallion will star in the R-rated musical comedy “F—ing Identical Twins” for A24 and Chernin Entertainment.
Dubbed a subversive spin on “The Parent Trap,” the project is adapted from comedians Aaron Jackson and Josh Sharp’s two-man stage show. The pair will pen the script and co-star as the twins of the title.
Featuring original songs by Jackson, Sharp and composer Karl Saint Lucy, the story follows two business adversaries who realize they are identical twin brothers.
They decide to switch places in order to reunite their divorced parents and become a family again. “Borat” helmer Larry Charles will direct and production is currently underway.
