Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
Filmmaker Peyton Reed has confirmed that principal photography has been completed on “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” well ahead of its planned 2023 release.

It has been revealed that celebrated and Oscar-nominated cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema (“Interstellar,” “Tenet,” “Let the Right One In,” “Spectre”) will shoot director Jordan Peele’s next film “Nope”. Specifics of the new film are under wraps but it is expected to be another social thriller along “Get Out” and “Us” lines. “Nope” will open in cinemas on July 22nd 2022. [Source: Twitter]
Untitled Bob Marley Biopic
Filmmaker Reinaldo Marcus Green (“King Richard”) has confirmed he’s set to direct a biopic about iconic reggae singer and political activist Bob Marley at Paramount Pictures.
Green is currently assembling a script with Zach Baylin, while Bob’s son Ziggy Marley is producing. The film will start in 1976 and deal with the making of the studio album “Exodus” which took place in the wake of surviving an assassination attempt. [Source: Collider]
Dead Alive
Filmmaker Peter Jackson, out promoting his new documentary series “The Beatles: Get Back,” has confirmed that a 4K remaster of his 1992 horror-comedy “Dead Alive” (aka. “Braindead”) is in the works. The original followed a zombie outbreak caused by a hybrid rat-monkey. [Source: Uproxx]
