The Disney+ streaming service has announced “The Good, The Bart, and The Loki,” a new “The Simpsons” animated short film that will arrive on the streamer on Wednesday, July 7th.
The Marvel-themed short will feature Tom Hiddleston lending his voice to the animated version of the God of Mischief with the short arriving the same day the fifth and penultimate episode of Marvel Studios’ “Loki” also arrive on the Disney+ service.
In the short Loki is banished from Asgard once again and must face his toughest opponents yet: the Simpsons and Springfield’s mightiest heroes.
The official key poster for the short is available below and sees various Simpsons characters dressed as MCU heroes including Lisa as Thor, Millhouse as Hawkeye, and Ralph as The Hulk.
This marks the second “The Simpsons” short for Disney+ following the Maggie Simpson and Star Wars-themed “The Force Awakens from Its Nap” which is now available.
