The Walking Dead
Production has officially gotten underway on the eleventh and final season of AMC’s post-apocalyptic horror series “The Walking Dead”.

The series will conclude its eleven season-run in 2022 with a two-year broadcast consists of 24 episodes. That will then be followed by a Carol & Daryl-led spin-off series in 2023. A six-episode extension of the show’s tenth season airs later this month. [Source: Twitter]

The Hot Zone: Anthrax
Harry Hamlin and Dylan Baker have joined the cast of the second season of the scripted anthology series “The Hot Zone” at National Geographic. Hamlin will portray NBC journalist Tom Brokaw, while Baker will play FBI Agent Ed Copak.

Set in 2001, just weeks after 9/11, this deals with the cast of letters containing anthrax being sent to unsuspecting victims in Florida, Washington, D.C. and New York – the anonymous assault claimed five lives and caused panic throughout the country. Red Bird Lane
HBO Max has opted out of its psychological thriller pilot “Red Bird Lane” starring Susan Sarandon, Kiersey Clemons, Danny Huston and Crispin Glover and helmed by David Slade.

Search Party
WarnerMedia’s streaming platform HBO Max has renewed dark comedy “Search Party” for a fifth season. They’ve also signed creators Charles Rogers and Sarah-Violet Bliss to an overall deal.

The pair will continue overseeing “Search Party” while also developing new projects for HBO Max. The series, which originated on TBS, has enjoyed positive reviews throughout its run. [Source: The Live Feed]

Apple TV+ has handed out a straight-to-series order for the new series “Jane” about a ten-year-old girl with an active imagination who, along with her trusty teammates, work to protect an endangered animal in each mission-driven episode.
