Netflix has unveiled the full trailer for the first half of fifth season of “Lucifer” with two rather large twists in the new run being unveiled in the trailer – so be warned.
Netflix originally picked up the show for a fifth and final season of ten episodes, then upped that to sixteen episodes split into two halves of eight. They also recently renewed the show for a sixth and final season.
In the new season Tom Ellis’ Devil, who had decided to return to Hell, has surprised his friends by coming back to Earth. But he’s… a little different. A little off – and there’s good reason for that. The eight new episodes premiere on Netflix on August 21st.
