Tory Kittles (“Sons of Anarchy,” “True Detective”) has joined Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn in “Bone Tomahawk” director S. Craig Zahler’s third film “Dragged Across Concrete” for Lionsgate & Summit.
Gibson plays a veteran cop with a volatile younger partner (Vaughn) who find themselves suspended when a video of their rough tactics goes viral.
With no options, these two embittered soldiers descend into the criminal underworld – and find far more than they wanted awaiting them in the shadows.
Kittles will play a recently paroled man who gets mixed up with a big-time Russian drug trafficker whilst trying to support his family.
Jennifer Carpenter and Laurie Holden co-star in the film which is currently shooting in Vancouver. Keith Kjarval, Dallas Sonnier and Jack Heller will produce.
Zahler’s second film, the prison drama “Brawl in Cell Block 99” with Vince Vaughn and Don Johnson, is currently in post-production.
